Minto Communities USA was recognized by the Southeast Building Council (SEBC) with eleven Aurora and Excel awards for communities located in the City of Westlake, Naples and Daytona Beach, Florida and Hilton Head, South Carolina. Awards included the prestigious Grand Aurora Award for Best 55+ Living Community for Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head, in South Carolina.
