A Montreal Canadiens-themed condo project is going up next to the Bell Centre in downtown Montreal. Further, Ottawa is reviving its CFL franchise, the RedBlacks, with the help of a new condo project being built by Minto Communities Canada. The condo tower lured buyers with suites looking out over the end zone of the new TD Place stadium.
EnerQuality says energy-efficient adoption has reached 32% of Ontario homes, thanks to builders who believe in it and to buyers who ask for it in their new home. Construction is progressing on Minto Communities USA's Festival community, a 200-acre luxury resort-style residential community near Walt Disney World. Five villa models are scheduled for completion in early April, with plans for 500 two-story luxury vacation villas. The two-story villas range from 1,605 to 2,232 square feet.
