Minto Communities GTA celebrated the start of construction for their latest project in Downtown Toronto, the 46-storey, Wallman Architects-designed condominium tower coming to Church and Lombard streets known as The Saint.

The long-awaited Dryden Boulevard bridge is finally open for drivers and pedestrians. It took 11 months to build and cost $2.5 million. Minto Communities paid $1.65 million to build the bridge while the town chipped in $850,000.
