We are excited to bring you the latest update on the construction of The Heights of Harmony Phase 1.  We have made significant advancements, showcasing our commitment to delivering a high-quality project that aligns with our timeline and vision.

Foundation Completion

We are pleased to announce the successful installation of all foundations required for the project. This critical phase is complete, setting a solid base for the upcoming stages of construction.

Framing Milestone

Our construction team has made significant headway in the framing phase. More than 50% of the framing work has been initiated, showcasing the shape and structure of the community as it takes form.

Roofing Achievement

Among the framed sections, an impressive 50% have already reached the roofing completion stage. The roofs provide not only protection but also a tangible representation of the project's advancement.

Exterior Cladding Commencement

Simultaneously, the commencement of exterior cladding installation is underway. The installation of materials and textures is beginning to emerge, giving life to the envisioned design aesthetics of each lot. Our team is diligently working to ensure that the cladding aligns with our design vision.
