Harbour Isle Beach Club opens

Minto Communities will hold a grand opening for the new Harbour Isle Beach Club from 6-9 p.m. today. The public is invited; reservations are required by calling (941) 896-4826.

Bradenton, FL (August 27, 2015) Harbour Isle is a 220-acre private island community on Anna Maria Sound in Bradenton. The event will include tours of the Harbour Isle Beach Club, a luxury yacht presented by Galati Yacht Sales, and a luxury car showcase presented by Lamborghini Sarasota. The Aerial Dragons will entertain, with food by Fun with Food Catering, and wine-tasting presented by Achaval Ferrer and Decant Online.

The two-story, 23,000-square-foot Beach Club has Southern coastal-style architecture. Royal palms border the center lawn that leads to the Club’s entrance, and a lighthouse-style wing further enhances the island ambience.

An adjoining wing houses a 4,200-square-foot fitness center that features state-of-the-art equipment. Outside, a resort-style swimming pool, spa, covered Cabana Bar, beach recreation area, yoga lawn, event lawn and kayak and paddleboard launch complete the amenities package.

Three new luxury resort home models, priced from the $500,000s, are projected to open in January 2016 in Marina Walk, Minto’s third Harbour Isle neighborhood. Minto’s first two Harbour Isle neighborhoods, Mangrove Walk and Edgewater Walk, each sold out quickly after opening.
