Minto Apartment REIT Opens the Market

Toronto, ON (August 15, 2022) - On Monday, August 13th, 2018, Chief Executive Officer of The Minto Group and Minto Apartment REIT, Michael Waters, was joined by over 20 Minto executives, as well as Executive Chairman Roger Greenberg, to open the market at the Toronto Stock Exchange in downtown Toronto. Minto Apartment REIT is a real estate investment trust that owns and operates a portfolio of 22 high-quality, multi-residential rental properties in Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary and Edmonton.
