Minto breaks ground for Harbour Isle development

Bradenton, FL (June 09, 2015) Minto Communities has started construction of model houses at Harbour Isle’s Marina Walk.

The 220-acre community is directly across from Anna Maria Island on Anna Maria Sound.

Marina Walk models are expected to open in January. Priced starting at above $500,000, the one-story homes range from 1,483 square feet under air to 1,650 square feet under air.

Floor plans include two and three bedrooms with two or three bathrooms and gourmet kitchens.

Marina Walk is Minto’s newest Harbour Isle neighborhood. The first two neighborhoods, Mangrove Walk and Edgewater Walk, each sold out within a year of opening, according to Minto.

The Beach Club at Harbour Isle is scheduled to open this summer.
