This year’s Awards of Distinction for the Ontario Home Builders’ Association honoured builders from across Ontario. Among the winners was Minto Communities who won Most Outstanding High-Rise for Yorkville Park in Toronto, Project of the year High or Mid-Rise and Best High or Mid-Rise Project Sales Brochure for Bside at Minto Westside in Toronto.
It’s only fitting that Redblacks President Jeff Hunt’s personal “suite” in The Rideau by Minto@lansdowne is also his home. Minto Communities Canada continues to fight climate change and the high cost of running a home with its launch of four Net Zero Energy (NZE) townhome models in Arcadia. In a testament to the calibre of their work, five local companies including Minto Communities Canada, have been named finalists for prestigious provincial housing awards, and have earned nominations in multiple categories. The awards are presented annually by the Ontario Home Builders’ Association to builders and renovators throughout the province.
Minto Communities Canada has unveiled a summertime treat for home buyers: Three brand-new executive townhome models at its thriving Avalon Encore development in Orleans. Ranging from 1,655 to 1,917 square feet, the Haven, Monterey and Tahoe are part of the new product line that has launched during the past couple of years.
