Minto Communities Canada continues to fight climate change and the high cost of running a home with its launch of four Net Zero Energy (NZE) townhome models in Arcadia. With roof-mounted solar panels producing the same amount of greenhouse gas-free electricity as a family would consume in a year, the four are the first NZE towns in Ontario.
A new community is about to be stitched into the existing fabric of Stittsville. Its name, Potter’s Key, is inspired by the story of a family that grew up on its edges. The story tells of the path to home ownership taken by the family of long-time area resident who entered a contest put on by Minto Communities Canada.

A county canvassing board has certified a vote to make the yet-to-be-built 4,500 homes Minto Communities USA development Palm Beach County’s newest municipality, according to a recent statement. Residents within the Seminole Improvement District voted to create the City of Westlake and make it the county’s 39th municipality.
