Minto Communities USA is adding more options at its new 500-home vacation resort near Walt Disney World. They announced construction started on four additional vacation-home buildings in Festival, its new community in ChampionsGate. The new concept is an eight-unit building that will accommodate more homes in its popular Elation floor plan.
A county canvassing board has certified a vote to make the yet-to-be-built 4,500 homes Minto Communities USA development Palm Beach County’s newest municipality, according to a recent statement. Residents within the Seminole Improvement District voted to create the City of Westlake and make it the county’s 39th municipality.
A Kanata subdivision development is abuzz with bees once again. Marianne Gee and her husband Matt Gee, of Gees Bees Honey Company, delivered approximately 80,000 bees to the Kanata Minto Arcadia development Friday morning to replace the two hives stolen from the subdivision at Christmas time a year prior.
