Paul Baron, Senior Vice President, Operations at Minto Apartment REIT and Minto Properties

As Senior Vice-President of Operations, Minto Apartments, Paul has responsibility for property level P&L across Minto Apartment REIT and Minto Group’s Apartment portfolio. Paul leads a team of over 300 that are tasked with delivering a positive resident experience and managing all day-to-day property operations. Paul brings 15 years of highly specialized experience repurposing and repositioning residential communities to his role. His financial and analytical experience enables him to optimize operations and best serve the mandate of our investors.

In his most recent role as Vice President, Asset Management, Paul oversaw strategy, growth, asset purchase and sale recommendations for a $2 billion portfolio of multi-residential properties including the repositioning program for the portfolio and development and intensification opportunities of ~1,500 units.

Paul is a past President of the Ottawa CFA Society and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University and an MBA from Queens University.
