William Bullock
Division President, Latitude Margaritaville
William (“Bill”) brings close to three decades of industry experience to his role as Division President, Latitude Margaritaville.
Bill entered the homebuilding industry in 1995 and gained considerable expertise working in the land and housing divisions of large public homebuilders including Lennar, Pulte and Centex. He joined Minto Communities USA in 2009, and in 2017, led the partnership and launch of Latitude Margaritaville Division. Bill has also played a pivotal role in the company’s expansion throughout Florida and into South Carolina and Texas.
Bill graduated from University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering, and is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the state of Florida.
