Steve Svopa

Division President, Minto Communities Southeast USA

Steve joined the Communities team in the USA in 2011 and brings over 30 years of homebuilding experience to his role as Division President for the Southeast.

Prior to joining Minto, Steve held several roles at Centex, including VP of Construction, VP of Operations and Division President for Southeast Florida. In his current capacity, he’s responsible for all aspects of operations in the region for traditional homes, including sales, permitting, purchasing, construction, service through MasterCare, operational process and Human Resources. For Latitude Margaritaville communities, he oversees the construction operations team.

A graduate of Troy University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Steve has also served on the licensing Board for Palm Beach County, is a member of the business society for Martin County Boy’s and Girl’s Club, sat on the Advisory Council for Florida International University, and acted as Voluntary President of Jupiter United Soccer Program and Board of Director for Gold Coast Builder’s Association.
