FL — 2015 — Minto Communities USA has completed five luxury resort vacation villa models at Festival™ — a 200+-acre private resort community in Orlando. Festival is located just five miles from Walt Disney World®, between I-4 and Ronald Reagan Parkway in ChampionsGate. FL — 2015 — Minto Communities USA announces that construction has started on the luxury resort home models at Harbour Isle’s Marina Walk. An award-winning, 220-acre island-living community, Harbour Isle is located directly across from Anna Maria Island on Anna Maria Sound in Bradenton, Florida. Marina Walk models are projected to open in January 2016. Marina Walk is Minto’s newest Harbour Isle neighborhood.
