Orlando, FL – January 9, 2017 – Minto Communities USA is offering special purchase incentives of up to $50,000 on select move-in ready homes at Festival. Festival is a new 200+-acre luxury resort-style residential community located just five miles from Walt Disney World® in Orlando. Plans call for 500 uniquely designed luxury resort vacation homes within private, gated neighborhoods that are surrounded by natural Florida woodlands and lakes.
Westlake, FL – September 23, 2016 – Minto Communities USA announced that construction has begun on improvements to Seminole Pratt Whitney Road through the newly formed City of Westlake. The improvements consist of major utility infrastructure installation, placing the overhead power underground, as well as widening a 1.5-mile stretch of the roadway. The project will also include the installation of a rural parkway landscape buffer.
Sunrise – FL August 11, 2016 – Minto Communities USA announces the launch of sales for the final phase of Artesia, a 76-acre, resort-style community ideally located at Flamingo Road and Panther Parkway in Sunrise. The award-winning builder will deliver 123 low-rise townhomes in this final phase, bringing the total number of residences in the community to 837.
Orlando, FL – August 2, 2016 – Minto Communities USA was recognized with ten awards, including two prestigious Grand Aurora Awards, at the 2016 Southeast Building Conference presented by the Southeast Building Council (SEBC) in Orlando. The SEBC presents the largest building industry trade show in the southeast. The 2016 Aurora competition drew 335 entries in 57 categories that were reviewed by a panel of six building industry leaders.

To meet buyer demand for the popular Elation floor plan at Festival, Minto also has introduced a new eight-unit building configuration that will accommodate more homes with this floor plan.
Westlake, FL – June 20, 2016 – Residents within the Seminole Improvement District have voted unanimously to create the city of Westlake with a charter and founding city council. Westlake is home to a 3,800-acre project being developed by Minto Communities USA. Approved plans call for 4,500 homes and 2.2 million square feet of non-residential commercial and employment center zoning.
Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, FL – May 9, 2016 – Minto Communities USA’s Villas By The Sea announced there is one remaining residence available before the community is completely sold out. The developer also announced it will start conducting hard-hat tours of the property. Construction on the project’s second and final phase has been underway since last year and is on track to be completed in September.
Sun City Center, FL – April 26, 2016 – Minto Communities USA announces that two Minto models at Sun City Center have won 2016 Tampa Bay Builders Association (TBBA) Parade of Homes awards. The Montecito single-family model at Sun City Center won an award in the $451,000-$475,000 category, and the Banyan paired villa model at Sun City Center won an award in the $301,000-$325,000 category.
Port St. Lucie, FL – April 25, 2016 – Minto Communities USA's master-planned community, LakePark at Tradition, received six awards for its brand new models during the 2016 Treasure Coast Parade of Homes. Presented by the Treasure Coast Builders Association, the event is designed to promote local builders and showcase their products including model and luxury homes.
