Presented by the Treasure Coast Builders Association, the awards are designed to recognize exceptional design and merchandising by local home builders. Minto’s Magnolia and Mahogany model homes at LakePark were both recognized at an awards banquet held at the PGA Center for Golf Learning and Performance.
Orlando, FL — May 25, 2017 – Minto Communities USA and Margaritaville Holdings today announced that Hilton Head, South Carolina will be the second location for their new Latitude Margaritaville active adult residential communities. The new 55-and-better community, built on the “no worries” tropical vibe of Margaritaville, will sit on 2,739 acres and include a 72-acre site for a 290,000-square foot Margaritaville-inspired festive retail center.
Westlake, FL – May 24, 2017 – Minto Communities USA announced that construction has begun on the sales center for its new 3,800-acre master planned community, Westlake, located in Palm Beach County’s newest city by the same name. The new sales center will include 9,378 square feet with interactive displays on the community and homes, children’s playroom, cafe’ and full interior design center.

The designation is based on 2016 net sales, according to John Burns Real Estate Consulting, which produces the annual list. Tradition ranked 46th in the entire country.
Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, FL – February 14, 2017 – Minto Communities USA has completed another successful residential project in South Florida. The homebuilder closed out sales at the 117-residence Villas By The Sea, located in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Villas By The Sea is an island-inspired, low-rise community with four 4-story buildings. The first two buildings—Oceanside South and Oceanfront South—were both completed by 2009.
Sunrise, FL – February 7, 2017 – Minto Communities USA has begun construction on its second and final phase of Artesia, an amenity-rich, resort-style community in Sunrise. Crews have started going vertical with the first two townhome buildings that will feature 23 Terrace Homes and 15 Sky Villas. When completed, the award-winning builder will deliver 123 townhomes in this final phase, bringing the total number of residences to 837.
Naples, FL – 2018 – Minto Communities USA recently received two prestigious awards from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) at the 2017 International Builders Show held in Orlando. Minto received two NAHB silver awards — a Nationals Award and a Best in American Living Award — for Best Clubhouse and Community Facility, respectively, for The Isles Club at The Isles of Collier Preserve.
