Central Palm Beach County, FL – March 31, 2016 – Minto Communities USA will begin work on Westlake in central Palm Beach County following a unanimous ruling by the 1st District Court of Appeals that rejected all arguments against the 3,800-acre project. The court turned away objections for the master-planned community of 4,500 homes and 2.2 million square feet of commercial space.

Naples, FL – January 29, 2016 – The Isles of Collier Preserve in Naples by Minto Communities USA received a prestigious Silver Award at the Best in American Living Awards (BALA) for “Best Mixed Community.” Minto is one of only three recipients to be recognized in this category in the entire country. Winners were announced at the 2016 International Builder Show in Las Vegas.
FL — 2015 — Minto Communities USA announces that construction is progressing on luxury resort home models at Marina Walk in Harbour Isle, an award-winning 220-acre island-living community located directly across from Anna Maria Island in Bradenton, Florida.
