Recently, a group of employees presented the organization with a symbolic check for $162,500 which represents the total amount of money given to date. The company has a storefront at Finance Park at JA World Huizenga Center at the Lillian S. Wells Foundation.

Sunrise, FL – February 23, 2018 – As Minto Communities USA begins closing out sales at Artesia in Sunrise, the residential development company is now offering personal hard-hat tours of its newest floor plan currently under construction. The four-story Sky Villas offer four- and five-bedroom designs ranging in size from 2,797-3,089 square feet. They feature gourmet kitchens, elegant master suites, and a screened-in penthouse terrace.
City of Westlake, FL – February 22, 2018 – Minto Communities USA announced it will host its first Showcase of Homes, a two-week-long special presentation of model homes at its new master-planned community, Westlake. From February 24 - March 11, the public is invited to tour the designer homes and vote on which models feature their favorite kitchen, master bathroom, outdoor living area, floor plan, living room, master bedroom and interior design.
City of Westlake, FL – February 13, 2018 – The City of Westlake has paved the way to secure its first medical facility to serve the residents of the city and Central Palm Beach County. Last night, city council members approved a site plan for a 10,379-square-foot Freestanding Emergency Department with room for future expansion of a 2,000-square-foot medical office building. The 5.66-acre site will be sold by Minto Communities USA.
City of Westlake, FL – January 9, 2018 – Minto Foundation, Inc., the charitable arm of residential developer Minto Communities USA, donated $75,000 during a check presentation to Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County (HFHPBC). The donation will help further the successful partnership between the nonprofit and the Weitz Construction Academy at Seminole Ridge High School.
City of Westlake, FL – August 29, 2017 – The City of Westlake, Florida’s newest municipality, which will contain Minto Communities USA's 3,800-acre community, will officially be recognized by the United States Postal Service effective September 15. The city was incorporated as Palm Beach County’s 39th municipality just over a year ago but was not immediately recognized as a permitted designation by the USPS.
Sunrise, FL – August 10, 2017 – Minto Communities USA announced it is more than halfway sold out of the second and final phase of Artesia, an amenity-rich, resort-style community ideally located in Sunrise. The Florida-based developer is completing the final 123 townhomes, which are currently under construction. At 60 percent sold, Minto expects the first Phase II move-ins to occur this fall.
Westlake, FL – June 26, 2017 – Home construction is underway in Westlake for the very first time since it became Palm Beach County’s newest municipality last summer. Minto Communities USA has begun building six model homes in the 3,800 acre master-planned community which shares the same name as the city. The fully-furnished model homes are expected to be completed this fall to coincide with the Westlake sales center grand opening.
Westlake, FL – June 6, 2017 – Minto Communities USA is making it possible for Palm Beach County to construct a new Fire Station #22 in Westlake to serve the people living in and around the area. Minto has completed the conveyance of nearly 4.5 acres of land to the Palm Beach County Fire-Rescue Department for the new facility, which will dually serve as a district headquarters for central Palm Beach County.
