Latitude Margaritaville Watersound partners, Minto Communities USA (“Minto”), Margaritaville Holdings, and The St. Joe Company (NYSE: JOE) (“St. Joe”), announce that the community’s sales center and 13 island-styled model homes will open for by-appointment preview tours April 3-24.
While in the midst of one of the hottest residential real estate markets in years, Minto Communities USA is announcing a significant milestone at Westlake, its flagship community in Central Palm Beach County: Welcoming its 1,000th buyer.
Latitude Margaritaville residents now have their own private beachfront amenity, the Latitude Margaritaville Beach Club, overlooking the white sand beaches and sparkling waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The Beach Club opens at the end of the January, and is exclusively for Latitude Margaritaville residents and their guests.
Minto Communities USA announces that the master-developer's communities of Westlake in Palm Beach County, Florida and Latitude Margaritaville in Daytona Beach, Florida have been named to the prestigious John Burns Real Estate Consulting list of 2020 Top 50 Master-Planned Communities.
Minto Communities has closed on a 260-acre property just east of the existing Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach community to expand the popular development by 500 homes. Minto now is approved to build 3,900 homes at Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach.
Every year for the Minto Communities USA holiday party, employees were encouraged to bring toys for the company's annual donation to Toys for Tots. The United States Marine Corps were also in attendance to not only collect those toys, but to also be recognized for their great work and service.
Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach hosted a "Day of Giving" event on December 1 to present 13 local charitable organizations with checks for $5,000 each from the Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach Community Foundation. Recipients and residents in attendance celebrated with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres provided by the Latitude Bar & Chill restaurant.
