The Beach Club’s projected completion date is September 2015. Loxahatchee, FL – September 30, 2013 – Minto Communities USA, the developer who created Olympia in Wellington, Madison Green and Portosol in Royal Palm Beach, has announced the purchase of a 3,800-acre property formerly known as the Callery-Judge Grove in western Palm Beach County. Minto, one of North America’s preeminent builders, will seek a comprehensive land plan change to increase the overall density to 1.7 residences per acre.
