A parking spot at The Saint costs $120,000 and is currently available by waitlist only.

There is currently a waitlist to purchase a locker at The Saint.

Development charges at The Saint are capped at: 

• Studio/1 Bedroom - $11,000
• 2 Bedroom - $13,000
• 3 Bedroom - $15,000

The option to lease during interim occupancy is included for all purchasers at The Saint.

The Saint features a state-of-the-art gym complete with weights, cardio and cross-fit equipment, while a separate space is dedicated to yoga, pilates and spinning.

The Saint features bicycle storage and bike shop with maintenance tools for ease of access to alternative and healthy modes of transportation.

The Saint two-storey lobby features a 24-hour concierge, parcel storage and flexible collaborative space for lounge, work and study.
