Minto Communities GTA is gearing up for construction of The Saint, a 46-storey, Wallman Architects-designed condominium development at Church and Lombard in Downtown Toronto, most recently with the filing of applications for building permits.

Smart condos give lessons in green living
At 123 Portland, a new 14-storey condo planned for the corner of Adelaide and Portland by Minto Communities, another energy-saver is in the works. Called VRF (for variant refrigerant flow), this ductless system uses copper refrigerant lines carrying either gas or liquid rather than air to move heat around the building.
