Minto Communities downtown Toronto developments hit high gear
Minto Communities GTA will launch sales for two downtown Toronto condominiums this month as it focuses significant resources on a major pipeline of development projects in the city.
Minto Communities reveals downtown Toronto condos
Two new condos have been announced for Toronto’s downtown core. Minto Communities’ 123 Portland and The Saint will occupy the east and west ends of Adelaide Street West, respectively, offering “contrasting takes on downtown urban living.”
DRHBA confers 2019 Awards of Excellence
The Durham Region Home Builders’ Association (DRHBA) has announced the winners of its 2019 Awards of Excellence. Minto Communities Canada's Ivy Ridge community, located in Whitby, was recognized as Community of the Year. Minto Communities Canada was also honoured with the Excellence in Production Built Homes and Corporate Citizenship awards.
Minto Communities wins the EnerQuality ENERGY STAR for New Homes Award for Large Volume Builders
Minto Communities won the Energy Star Award for New Homes Builder (Large Volume) and Roya Khaleeli, Project Manager of Sustainability for Minto Communities Canada, won the 2018 Leader of the Year Award on February 28th, 2019 at EnerQuality’s 2018 EQ Awards. These awards honour Ontario’s green home builders and suppliers for investing and placing importance on sustainability initiatives in all that they do.
GTA builders clean up at North American marketing awards
In January, builders, developers, designers and marketers were recognized at the National Sales and Marketing Awards. Minto Communities Canada won two silver awards for its work on two Toronto-based developments: Bside, a condo development at Bathurst and Front Streets, and Longbranch, a collection of stacked townhomes in the city’s west end.
DRHBA: Building beautiful homes has its rewards
This year’s Awards of Distinction for the Ontario Home Builders’ Association honoured builders from across Ontario. Among the winners was Minto Communities who won Most Outstanding High-Rise for Yorkville Park in Toronto, Project of the year High or Mid-Rise and Best High or Mid-Rise Project Sales Brochure for Bside at Minto Westside in Toronto.
